Recently, the FAA sent the Commission a letter regarding guidance on the requirements for the use of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (AKA “Drones”). Brokers considering using such means to photograph listings or otherwise view properties should be mindful of laws and regulations regarding the use of UAS devices.
