June 30th is an important date here at the Commission. It is the deadline for all NC real estate licenses to be renewed. Due to increased call volumes during this time of year, please be patient when calling NCREC. To assist with some of these calls, a new license renewal FAQ’s page has been released.
Human Trafficking Training Requirement for Vacation Rental Property Managers begins July 1st 2025.
Beginning July 1st, 2025 there is a new law that impacts property managers of vacation rentals and other related service providers, requiring training and reporting procedures for human trafficking awareness. Read this eBulletin article for more information.
