Material facts continue to be a consistent consumer complaint.

New Instructor Seminars are resuming this month.

The process to become an approved instructor by NCREC now includes an exam that candidates must pass before attending the New Instructor Seminar (NIS).  Administration of the new exam began last month, and the NIS will resume next week.
