Public Comment Period for Proposed Rulemaking
The Commission is considering proposed rule changes for the Limited Nonresident Commercial License, 21 NCAC 58A .1800s. We invite members of the public to submit written comments on the proposed rules during the designated comment period, July 15 to September 14, 2026. Comments should be directed to the Commission’s Rulemaking Coordinator at public.comment@ncrec.gov.
