The NCREC Spring Educators Conference
Last week’s Spring Educator’s conference was held at the McKimmon Center in Raleigh. This travel themed conference featured presentations about Exam Security, New Instructor Procedures and AI updates. Congratulations to the 2026 Larry A. Outlaw Excellence in Education Award winner, Cindy Chandler.
Application Fees Increases By $5.00
Effective, April 1, 2026, the application fee for broker and firm licenses will increase to $105.

The monthly Real Estate Commission meetings are always open to the public, and you are invited to attend in person or online via Zoom. The meeting next week is April 22nd, 2026, here at the Commission building, 1313 Navaho Drive, Raleigh, NC. A Zoom link will be available at ncrec.gov on the day of the meeting.
